Mini Hearts Rescue Program
These pictures from the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty towards Animals) are indeed tough to look at. But it happens. Mini Hearts will soon be poised to rescue, shelter, and give critical vet care and unconditional love and support to neglected Horses, Donkeys, and Minis through donations like yours. Many of these animals are the unfortunate result of owners who are elderly and can no longer care for the animals they once loved. To report a neglect situation, call your local SPCA or Mini Hearts.
